Caleydo 2.0 Developer Preview including StratomeX

Caledyo 2.0 will be open source software under the GPL v3.0. You may download and redistribute the software. Caleydo comes without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This developer preview contains the Stratomex Cancer Subtype visualization technique. The download also includes a Glioblastoma Multiforme dataset from the TCGA project including mRNA, miRNA, methylation, copy-number and clinical datasets.

The primary intention of this developer preview is to give you the chance to test StratomeX with the provided sample dataset. You will not be create a complex, multi-dataset setup yourself with this developer preview.

Webstart

The webstart version runs on Windows, Linux and MacOSX. If you are running into problems with the webstart version, please try the stand-alone application.
