Gerhard Reitmayr's Home Page
Gerhard Reitmayr is professor for Augmented Reality at the Graz University of Technology. He received his Dipl.-Ing. (2000) and Dr. techn. (2004) degrees from Vienna University of Technology. He worked as a research associate at the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, UK until May 2009 where he was researcher and principal investigator in industry and EC funded projects.
Research interests are the development of augmented reality user interfaces, wearable computing, ubiquitous computing environments and the integration of these. Research directions include computer vision techniques for localisation and tracking and interaction methods.
